Regent reads your Gmail or Outlook, puts urgent and deal email on top, sums up each message in one line and drafts replies that sound like you. You read them, edit if you want, and tap Send.

Newsletters, receipts, software notifications and personal email stay out of the way. Everything else lands in Urgent, Active deal, New lead or Admin, with a priority score, so an expiring offer never sits under a newsletter.

Regent studies up to 100 of your sent emails and builds a profile of how you write: your greetings and sign-offs, how long your sentences run, and how your tone shifts between clients, other agents and vendors.
Every important email gets a ready-made draft. Pick an intent, like Schedule viewing or Follow up, and the draft follows it. Nothing is sent until you tap Send.

Each email comes with a one-line summary, a flag if it needs a reply, any deadline it mentions, and a concrete next step, like “Call Sarah Jones at 416-555-0101 to book Saturday's showing at 123 Main St.”
Nothing goes out without you
Regent never sends an email on its own. Every draft waits for you to read it, edit it if you want, and tap Send.
Emails become tasks
When an email asks for something real, like sending documents, booking a showing or answering a counter-offer, Regent makes it a task with the due date from the message. Simple questions and confirmations don't become tasks.
A draft that proposes a meeting can go straight into your calendar.
New leads, caught
Lead emails from listing portals land as New lead, near the top. If you use Follow Up Boss, new email leads are logged there too, without copying anything across.

Connect one mailbox at a time: Gmail, or Outlook with Microsoft 365 or Exchange. You sign in through a secure, hosted sign-in screen, and Regent never sees your email password.
