Yes. Sophie is an AI receptionist. She answers as your office, and if a caller asks whether she's AI, she says so right away. She never claims to be you.

Does Sophie speak French?

Yes. She answers in English or French, whichever the caller speaks. Your notes come back in English, so your file stays in one language.

Will Sophie book showings or quote prices?

No. She never confirms a showing, because only you can commit to a time. She never quotes a price, a home value or commission, and never gives legal, tax or mortgage advice.

What does Sophie do with junk calls?

Sales pitches, robocalls and "who handles your marketing?" get a polite no and a hang-up. You can also block numbers yourself.

Can Sophie put a caller through to me?

Yes. She can transfer the call to you when it matters.

What happens if Sophie is off, or I hit my limit?

Calls go straight to your own phone or voicemail. Nobody hits dead air.

How much does Regent cost?

$29.99 CAD a month, including Sophie and a dedicated Canadian number. Talk time is billed by the minute.

Is the phone line part of the free trial?

No. The 7-day trial, with no card, covers Mail, the Daily Brief, Clients, your calendar and the voice assistant. Sophie and her number start when you subscribe at regentapp.ca.

Can I get a surprise phone bill?

No. When you reach the limit you set, Sophie pauses and calls go to your phone. The limit is a cap, not a top-up.

Does Regent send emails for me?

Never. Regent drafts replies in your tone. You read them, edit if you want, and tap Send.

Does Regent work with Follow Up Boss?

Yes. It reads your leads, deals and activity to build your morning list. It files back the calls Sophie answered and new leads that arrived by email. It never changes stages, tags or people, and you can switch write-back off.

Does Regent work with other CRMs?

Can I connect two mailboxes?

One at a time, Gmail or Outlook. Connecting a second one disconnects the first.

Can I keep my existing business number?

Yes. You get a dedicated Canadian number. Give that one out, or forward your existing line to it.

What do I need?

An iPhone or iPad, and a Gmail or Outlook mailbox. Follow Up Boss is optional.

Where is Regent available?
