Regent's servers, database and backups are in Toronto, Canada.
Some services Regent relies on, like the AI models that read your email, process data outside Canada. The privacy policy names each one and what it receives.
Where your information is heldNever used to train AI
Regent doesn't use your data to train AI models, and its AI providers' terms don't allow them to either.
Your data is never sold, and never shared with advertisers.
Nothing happens without you
- Drafts never send on their own. You tap Send.
- The voice assistant asks before it sends or changes anything important.
- Sophie never commits you to a price, a showing or a time.
- In Follow Up Boss, Regent never changes stages, tags, assignments or messages, and write-back has its own off switch.
Honest with your callers
Sophie answers as your office. If a caller asks whether she's an AI, she says so right away.
Her briefings leave out protected personal details, like family status or religion, so your notes stay on the property and the timing.
Leave whenever you like
Disconnect your mailbox, calendar or Follow Up Boss at any time.
To close your account, go to Profile, then Delete Account, in the app. It's immediate: it cancels your subscription, releases your number and deletes the data tied to your account. Billing records stay with Stripe, as tax law requires.
